What are points?
Points are the reward system that we use in the community. You collect points for surveys you complete and then you can redeem them for your choice of e-gift certificate.
Most of our surveys award between 50 and 500 points if you qualify and complete them. We'll always let you know in the survey invitation how much you'll receive for completing it. The amount is generally based on what's involved in taking the survey—for example, if it is longer in length or more complex, we'll award more for its completion.
Sometimes, instead of points, you'll receive entries into our Sweepstakes Draws. When you reach 5000 points in your member account you can redeem for a $50 denomination of a variety of e-gift certificates. You can view your current balance of points by logging into the member portal.
How long will my points be available for me to spend?
Points will remain in your account as long as you are active in the community.
If you are inactive in the community in excess of 5 consecutive months (i.e. if you have not completed any surveys in that time), we reserve the right to terminate your account and remove any remaining points balance.
When will I receive my reward?
When you reach 5000 points and redeem for an e-gift certificate, it will be delivered to your email within a week. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if it's not in your Inbox!
If you're a lucky winner of one of our monthly Sweepstakes Draws, we will contact you by email with a prize acceptance form. You can expect to receive your prize by email within 2-3 weeks of filling out the form and accepting the T&Cs. We don’t send out prizes until all the winners have claimed them, which can take some time - it's surprisingly difficult to give away free money!
